In the winter term, students focus on the economic provisions of the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement (Articles 23, 24, 25, 29, 30, 31) and on articles dealing with the identification of Inuit-owned lands. Finally, they examine Article 2 (extinguishment) and Article 4 (the creation of Nunavut)
